The Service operates under the ListingPilot AI brand. For privacy questions or requests to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal information, contact us at contact@listingpilotai.com. The legal name and registered address of the operating entity will be added to this page where applicable.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information, such as your email address, password hash, verification records, and login session information.
• Service content, including product details, preferences, prompts, and listing copy that you submit, generate, or save.
• Usage and technical information, such as access times, page paths, attribution parameters, referrer information, necessary device or browser data, and anti-abuse records.
• Payment information, including plan, amount, currency, payment status, order and payment identifiers, payer email, and subscription period. We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or card passwords.
• Communications you send to us and our responses regarding your account or the Service.

3. How We Use Information

• Create and secure accounts, and provide AI listing generation and saved-content features.
• Process subscriptions, confirm payments, manage renewals and cancellations, respond to refund requests, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Maintain reliability, troubleshoot issues, understand product usage, improve the Service, and comply with legal obligations.
• Send account verification, payment, service-change, and other necessary transactional communications.

We do not sell personal information or use your submitted content to serve interest-based advertising to you.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Service Providers

Waffo Pancake processes card payments and subscription billing. PayPal processes one-time PayPal payments. Payment data is provided directly to the relevant payment provider and handled under that provider’s privacy and security practices; ListingPilot AI receives only the limited results needed to confirm orders, grant access, and manage subscriptions.

We may also use cloud hosting and database providers, email providers, the AI model provider selected for the Service, and analytics or anti-abuse tools. If Telegram payment alerts are enabled, a payment or renewal summary—including the account or payer email, plan, amount, and order identifier—is sent to the merchant-designated Telegram chat solely for merchant notifications.

5. Sharing and International Processing

We share information with service providers bound to provide, protect, or improve the Service, and may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business reorganization. Service providers may process information outside your country or region; we use reasonable measures to protect that processing.

6. Retention and Security

Account information and saved content are generally retained while your account is active. Payment and subscription records are retained as needed for tax, accounting, legal, and dispute-resolution requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encrypted transmission, least-privilege access, and monitoring. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Where provided by applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of, restriction or export of your personal information, or object to certain processing.
