Terms of Service

1. The Service and Your Account

ListingPilot AI helps sellers generate product titles, descriptions, bullets, keywords, FAQs, and related marketing copy. You must provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials. AI output may be inaccurate, repetitive, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular platform. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing and for ensuring it complies with applicable law, intellectual-property rules, and marketplace policies.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not abuse the Service, bypass usage limits, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or infringing content, create fraudulent materials, or use the output in a way that violates law or third-party rights. We may limit or suspend access when we reasonably suspect abuse, a security risk, or a violation of these Terms.

3. Plans and Recurring Billing

• With Waffo Pancake, Early Access costs US$9 per month and Early Access Plus costs US$19 per month, with automatic monthly renewal.
• With PayPal, the same amounts are one-time purchases that provide 30 days of access and do not renew automatically.
• Completing Waffo checkout expressly authorizes recurring charges at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
• Prices, features, and daily generation limits are shown at checkout and on the pricing page. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout where required.
• We may change prices or future-period features where permitted by law and will notify affected subscribers in advance.

4. Payments and Billing

Waffo Pancake processes subscription payments, and PayPal may process one-time payments. We do not store full payment-card information. You must provide a valid payment method. If a Waffo payment fails, the subscription may enter a past-due state or terminate after reasonable retry attempts.

5. Cancellation

You may request cancellation at any time from the Dashboard by selecting “Cancel subscription,” or by contacting us at contact@listingpilotai.com. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues until then. PayPal one-time purchases do not renew automatically and therefore do not require cancellation.

6. Refunds

Except where required by law, a started subscription period is generally not refunded on a prorated basis. Within 7 days after the first subscription starts, you may contact us to request a refund review if you have used no more than 10% of that period’s included generation allowance. Duplicate charges, verified technical outages caused by us lasting more than 72 consecutive hours, and other legally required cases will be reviewed individually. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property and Feedback

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use output generated for you for lawful commercial purposes. You retain rights in content you submit and grant us a limited license to process that content to provide and improve the Service. The Service software, brand, interface, and other materials are owned by ListingPilot AI or its licensors. We may use feedback you provide to improve the Service without compensation.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the Service or its output will be continuously available, error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or compliant with a third-party platform’s requirements. Except for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot be excluded by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses related to the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of material changes affecting subscriptions or payments. Except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the law of the operating entity’s jurisdiction, and disputes will be handled by a court with appropriate jurisdiction.
